Renee Marshall is a REALTOR®️ and Team Lead at EXIT Realty Lyon in Fairhope, Alabama and a longtime resident of Baldwin County, AL. She sells residential property on the Eastern Shore and the surrounding areas. Based in Fairhope, Renee is the expert to help you with all your home buying and selling needs in Daphne, Fairhope and Spanish Fort. She takes a great deal of pride in showing off the area she knows and loves.
Designated as a Baldwin County Certified Specialist and understanding the dynamics of the Eastern Shore real estate market, Renee is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs. As a home owner herself, she knows that a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. Renee’s work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry but followed her from her past careers in Nuclear Radio Pharmaceutical sales & marketing and Non Profit administration and implementation. Today her strong business ethics continues as a member of the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS®️ (BCAR), Alabama Association of REALTORS®️ (AAR) and National Association of REALTORS®️ (NAR) in addition to the Baldwin Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Renee is a designated Baldwin County Certified Specialist on the Eastern Shore, a Board Member of Baldwin Realtors and serves on the Board of Baldwin Realtors Foundation. Renee has apprenticed with some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate.
Renee feels that being a REALTOR®️ is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS®️ should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Renee has served her community in many capacities since 2005. She and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2.25 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes. In Renee’s free time, she enjoys family and friends, relaxing at the beach and interior decorating and home remodeling.
